Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Normal wear and tear
Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
